About the Study

The Family Stress Study is a 3-year research project designed for families with pre-school aged children. We are looking at ways that chronic stress affects young children including how they eat, their activity levels and how they grow over time.

We are welcoming families with at least one child between the ages of 2 and 5 years who live in Guelph or Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Families who join will receive up to $240 in grocery gift cards over 3 years as a thank you.
